Today, we have Curtis and Bria as our tour guide. We arrive Disneyland around 10:00AM. We are lucky because Rita's friend already help us to pre-pay all the tickets . So, we don't need to line-up for the tickets. We go straight to the entrance. Well, I feel my age right after entering the park ...why ?? Derek & Curtis , Alice & Bria ran off to their rides . We see them around lunch time then they take off again . The reason I feel old.... I still remember last time Derek in DisneyWorld FL . He is always around us during that time. Well , that was 10 years ago.


This is our family 1st time to Disneyland . So, of course need a picture in front of this signature entrance.


Looks like Raymond only into taking pictures instead of rides.



We arrived Disneyland when "Highschool Muisc 2" having their premiere . So, they have Highschool Musical 2 parade only that day. Well, but all the actors / actress are getting fat . They don't look like on the screen.


They want a picture with Goofy .



How can we miss the castle picture ?


So, what are we waiting ? Ah, Disney Parade . Well , we were 20min ahead of schedule but it kind a work out great since we all so tired already . It feel so good by just sitting on the floor and waiting the parade to pass by.

Lyle & Rita come to pick us up by Disney Downtown around 6:30PM . So, we can have dinner together. Lyle then drop us off in Disneyland again after dinner , so we can enjoy the firework show which start at 9:30PM. This picture was taken when we re-enter the park.


Well , there are a lot of people like us , especially those holding an annual pass. They just come to see the firework around 9:00PM.

Derek was so excited . So, he takes a lot of picture during the firework. I can't blame him, the firework show is amazing . Well , you may say the Hong Kong show is much bigger . I can agreed with that but the show in Disneyland is so organize with the music and all happen right around us. Since we all standing on the Main street to see the show. The feeling is much different. We enjoy it a lot.

Aug-10-2007 four of us arrived LAX. Alice already there since Jun-20-2007 . Our friend Rita & Lyle are so kind who offer us accommodation during our whole trip.

That is Curtis and Bria . I found out that Alice learns a lot from them since she spends the whole summer with them.

Aug-11-2007 all nine of us went to Universal Studio . There is one thing really impress me that is the human sprinkler system. It really help to cool down the temperature in the park since southern California has "dry heat" . How is the dry heat feel ? ??? Turn on your oven to 450F for 5 min. then stand in front of it and open the oven door....got it!!!

Well it wasn't that bad ....that only if you are under the sun without any shade . In fact the coastal breeze help a lot .

Why are we all soaking wet ?? LOL ...we went to the Jurassic Park ride . It was great!!! So, make sure all your electronic gears are cover if you plan to take the ride. I am lucky with my "rain proof" camera bag.
